 About Members Agenda Material |
 IMEC Circle is a network for HRD, MD and TD managers from large organizations in the Netherlands. Within this network companies share best practice experiences, take a look behind the scenes at each other's organizations, discuss relevant developments and keep each other informed about human resources and management development. Since the summer of 2009 also the IMEC Circle Next started for junior MD managers with 0 to 4 years experience in the MD field. The IMEC Circle meetings are organized and facilitated by IMEC approximately four times per year. The participants determine the theme and location. At each meeting one of the participating organizations acts as host and presents its own best practices and relevant HR and MD developments. IMEC arranges the rest. |
