IMEC in-company programs are customized for the future chief executives of large organizations – for the short-term future: current second-tier executives, and for the long-term future: the high potentials.

At the heart of each program lies an approach which integrates the personality, the context and the profession. The central task is to emphasize the appropriate elements based on the specific development requirements and organization culture.

Personality, Profession, ContectPersonality entails the investigation of the person behind the leader. By means of critical reflection upon one’s own qualities, motivations and leadership style, leaders are built who act based on personal conviction and self-insight.

Context concerns the exploration of the immediate as well as the wider environment: the work situation, the organization, the business field and important social developments. The objective of this exploration is to shape visionary leadership with an eye for the crux of the matter and a feel for the bigger picture.

Profession
consists of the development of concrete management methods, models and tools. These can be related to general management or to specialist content. The goal here is to develop a powerful, up-to-date and most of all focused, professional foundation.

All programs are conducted in an atmosphere aimed towards encouraging an aptitude for learning and an open mind. These processes are stimulated at different levels and where necessary intensified by personal counseling and coaching.
